What are the characteristics of a good agent? Adrienne Irwin says, “It’s being knowledgeable, having good listening skills and going above and beyond to help people sleep at night knowing they are secure.”
Adrienne started with Country Financial Mid-Willamette Agency in June 2018. She selected Country Financial because it is a well-respected insurance company with a strong presence in the mid-valley and a great local team.
She is passionate about helping people feel safe, know they are protected and that she is there if they have a need.
Adrienne has a background in psychology which she says, “helps me understand people’s needs and match them with the right coverage.”
Adrienne is licensed to write all lines of insurance from auto to home, farm to business, plus life and long-term care. Founded by farmers in 1925, Country Financial has its roots in agriculture offering ranch and crop insurance.
Since starting with Country Financial, Adrienne has thrown herself into being a part of Downtown Albany. She is a member of the Promotions Committee and helps plan and volunteers at events like Crazy Daze, Movies at Monteith and Mixology Madness.
“Being in our Downtown office is wonderful. We have a great team and it allows me to be part of the growth and vibrancy here. There are so many people walking the sidewalks and shopping Downtown every day,” she added.
