Matt has more than twenty years of experience in engineering design, project management, contract administration, and facilities and master plan preparation.
His experience is rooted in land development but also has significant experience in municipal water and wastewater planning and design.
The Civil West headquarters are located on the beautiful Oregon coast in Coos Bay. The have additional locations in Newport, Eagle Point and their newly opened location in Missoula, Montana.
