Halloween 1st Friday at the Carousel On Friday, October 4, get your costume ready for some scarily good fun for the whole family! For just $5 per person, you get unlimited carousel rides and a fun activity or craft for the family, thanks to Party Perfection Oregon, along with gift shop and Carousel Café specials.
