The annual parade begins its march through the streets Downtown at 11 am. \nYou’ll want to line up early along the parade route. The parade starts on Pacific Boulevard and comes down the overpass to Downtown Albany on Lyon Street\, then turns left onto Second Avenue\, journeys to Ferry Street\, where it turns left again and heads to the Linn County Courthouse. \nWhat makes this parade unique here in the Northwest and around the country?
