DESCRIPTION:The Downtown Twice Around Parade rolls through the streets of Historic Downtown Albany on Saturday\, Dec. 5\, 2026. The parade starts promptly at 5 pm. Rain or Shine. \nEntries may include the Albany Trolley\, Horse Drawn Wagon\, community groups\, schools\, businesses and Santa riding on Albany’s Antique Fire Truck! \nThe parade route will look a little different this year. Check back for updated information. \nEvent partners include Weyerhaeuser\, Ram Trucking\, Pacific Power\, the City of Albany\, Albany Fire Department\, Albany Visitors Association and Burcham Metals. \n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Complete your online Parade Application and download the Rules here:\n2026 materials will be available on November 1st. \n			\n				2026 ENTRY APPLICATION & RULES\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				All entries must submit an application by Tuesday\, November 24.
