River Rhythms at Monteith Riverpark is the place to be on Thursday nights in July and August. The free weekly concerts on the beautiful Willamette riverfront have been a signature summertime tradition in Downtown Albany for more than 30 years.
Come see why River Rhythms was named Oregon’s best festival of its size. In addition to great music, the Kids Art Area is open from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Bring a picnic or purchase food and beverages from numerous vendors on site. It’s a community-wide party with the blanket seating area in front of the stage opening at 5:30 p.m., and music follows at 7.
Parking is limited, but Albany’s historic trolley provides a free shuttle (schedule available online) for visitors from a number of stops around Albany to the concert site.
