Oregon’s longest running open-air Farmers’ Market started in Downtown Albany in 1978. The weekly Saturday market continues from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the City Hall Parking log at Fourth Avenue and Ellsworth, April 14 to Nov. 17, 2018.
Fill your basket with the freshest fruits and vegetables in season, tantalizing baked goods, savory meats and cheeses and other treats all locally grown or made. Gardeners will find plant starts, or bring home a bouquet of fresh flowers.
Your senses will be overwhelmed as you experience the sights, sounds and smells. There’s plenty of room to browse vendor booths. And be sure to take in music performances and other special events at the Market each week.
Close-by, convenient and fun, you’ll always find many delicious things to eat at the Albany Farmers’ Market, or enjoy lunch out at a nearby restaurant and shopping while you are Downtown. There’s plenty of free parking available.
